Child Safety Standards

The following are not allowed on Autlantic Platform:

• Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including any sexual content involving minors (anyone under 18), real or fictional.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including images, video, audio, text, or links that depict or promote the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
• Grooming, solicitation, or attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes.
• Sharing, trading, or requesting CSAM.
• Accounts, storefronts, or chats used primarily to facilitate any of the above.

Autlantic Platform is intended for adults using creator memberships. Sexual content of any kind, including adult content involving adults only, is also prohibited under our Community Guidelines.

If you see CSAE, CSAM, or other child safety concerns on Autlantic Platform:

• Use in-app Report on posts, comments, or creators when available in Autlantic Platform.
• Email [email protected] with subject line "Urgent safety", the relevant profile or post URL, and a short description. Do not attach CSAM to email.

We review credible child safety reports as a priority during normal business operations.

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM on Autlantic Platform, we may:

• Remove the content and restrict related accounts.
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts involved.
• Preserve records as required for investigations and legal compliance.
• Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional or national authority, as required by applicable law.
• Cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.

Autlantic aims to comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the places where we operate. Users must also follow local law.
